On September 6, 2026, Sophie successfully completed her examination to become a certified BASI® Pilates instructor. We congratulate Sophie and warmly welcome her to our team of instructors.
As a former competitive gymnast, member of the German national team, and Olympic medalist in Rio 2016, Sophie brings many years of experience from elite sports. She is a certified DOSB coach specializing in gymnastics and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science.
Pilates excites her as an intensive, precise workout with great added value for everyone, from beginners to competitive athletes. In her classes, it can be challenging, but the joy of training is always at the forefront.
