If you’d like to get to know Pilates, trial sessions are available for both equipment classes and mat classes. You can get a more in-depth introduction to Pilates training with the Starter Package.
Additionally, you also have the option to book a Private Session tailored specifically to you, which supports your personal goals. Ideal for beginners learning the fundamentals as well as advanced practitioners looking to deepen their practice. Depending on individual needs, all equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, F2-Chair, Spine Corrector) or the mat can be used.

This package includes five group classes on the equipment (e.g., Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, or Spine Corrector). Additionally, there is one free group class on the mat.
We recommend starting with a class labeled ‘Foundation’ or ‘Foundation – Intermediate’. For this reason, only these levels can be booked with this product.

Reduced Training Rates
For students, as well as for BASI® Pilates certified or aspiring Pilates trainers, we offer reduced training sessions by arrangement. Feel free to contact us or send us an email.
*Our 10-class passes are valid for a full four months, and our 20-class passes for six months. All prices include 19% VAT.
