Our Equipment
Hard to believe: The first Pilates apparatus was welded together from a few army cots by Joe Pilates in the 1920s. Today, Pilates equipment consists of state-of-the-art, high-performance tools powered by spring resistance. Sometimes they support you, other times you have to work against their resistance. If you’ve only done mat Pilates so far: You should definitely try an equipment session to feel the difference for yourself. We offer you excellent, quality-tested F2 systems from BASI® Systems.
The equipment you'll get to know with us:
The Reformer
The Reformer is arguably the most popular piece of Pilates equipment and is particularly well-suited for your start into equipment training. It works with both spring resistance and your own body weight, enabling an effective full-body workout. Come join us and see for yourself.
Wunda Chair
The go-to device for a fast, highly effective workout. Even though the Wunda Chair is very compact, you can complete a full-body exercise program on it. Our F2 systems from BASI® Systems even allow for additional leg and arm exercises, so your possibilities are diverse and limitless.
Cadillac
The Cadillac (also known as the Trapeze Table) is the largest and most versatile piece of equipment, which is also excellent for rehabilitation purposes. It is a mat and a machine in one, offering an extra dimension of training through loops for legs and arms. Trapezes, a spring and loop combination for your feet, give you a direct connection to the equipment. The spring resistance can be adjusted to your fitness level. Give it a try!
Chair Ladder Barrel & Spine Corrector F2
Skill and flexibility are required here: Experience familiar exercises in a whole new way by giving them a new training intensity through the Chair Ladder Barrel. Your body is encouraged to develop maximum power and dynamics, and your core muscles are strengthened. Thanks to the springs and handles of our BASI® F2 systems, we can also integrate many arm and leg exercises.
